Board of Directors
With over 2,000 professional book reviews under my belt and rising weekly, I'm not sure where to begin! Obviously, I love to read :) I juggled a double major in both English Education and Dance in college ( English Ed. to land a job, Dance for the pure joy of it!) From there, I've worked in both fields consistently to the present. )
After having worked in the traditional publishing world for years, I made the decision to branch out and publish a completely new and innovative magazine focusing on the indie and small publishing world. Through more hard work than I thought possible and more love and support than I thought imaginable, "InD'Tale Magazine" was born, with it's flagship issue in May of 2012.
Since then, InD'tale has quickly become the premier magazine of choice for tens of thousands of people who want to learn, be entertained and discover new and interesting books in the indie and self published field. It has also given me the wonderful opportunity of meeting and interviewing some of this industry's most famous (and fun) authors and celebrities. (Since the biggest complaint people had about me while growing up was that I ask way too many questions, this career has been the perfect fit.) I LOVE people - one has to work very hard for me not to like them!
InD'tale magazine now conducts the indie and small publishing industry's most comprehensive and elite award for excellence in book publishing - the RONE awards. It also hosts the annual "InD'Scribe Author Reader Conference" to further help authors gain success and readers meet and get to know their favorite authors!
Even so, I still take time to teach music. It is a passion I will always indulge in no matter where life takes me. I am also passionate about traveling, learning, and enjoying new experiences. I'm continuing an on-going bucket list of visiting a new and interesting place in the world at least once a year.

I wear many different hats, avid reader, proof-reader, photograhper and stained glass artist. Everyone needs a creative outlet in my opinion. :)
My obsession with reading began in high school, when my BFF gave me an historical romance, and said "Here, YOU have to read this". I now read approximately 200 books a year, and thanks to a good friend I have gotten hooked on many different genres I normally would never read. Reading is such a part of my life that I now rarely watch television, because you will find me curled up on the couch, or sitting on my patio devouring the latest story. Being a part of the InD'tale staff has been a wonderful journey into the amazing written world, and the meeting of so many incredible authors whom I now call friend.

USA Today Bestselling Author, storyteller and cheeky wench, SUZAN TISDALE lives in the Midwest with her very handsome carpenter husband. All but one of her children have left the nest. Her pets consist of dust bunnies and a dozen poodle-sized, backyard-dwelling groundhogs – all of which run as free and unrestrained as the voices in her head. And she doesn’t own a single pair of yoga pants, much to the shock and horror of her fellow authors. She prefers to write in her pajamas.
Suzan writes Scottish historical romance/fiction, with honorable and perfectly imperfect heroes and strong, feisty heroines. And bad guys she kills off in delightfully wicked ways.
She published her first novel, Laiden’s Daughter, in December, 2011, as a gift for her mother. That one book started a journey which has led to fifteen published titles, with two more being released in the spring of 2017. To date, she has sold more than 350,000 copies of her books around the world. They have been translated into four foreign languages (Italian, French, German, and Spanish.)
You will find her books in digital, paperback, and audiobook formats.

Reader Engagement Director
I grew up number two in a family of four girls, (very close in age). Raised when children for seven years in Rota, Spain. Our last tour of duty we left when I was 12, in 1974. My heroic, warrior Father was in the U.S. Navy and my Mother was born in Paddington, England. I was immensely fortunate growing up as a child in Europe and traveling every summer from Spain to England. Such adventures forged while driving in the station wagon through the Caspian Mountains, France, and driving the station wagon on the ferryboat towards the White Cliffs of Dover. My creative imagination grew as a young girl while skipping upon the Spanish cobblestone streets, feeling the early morning European Mist of the Mediterranean sea just 20 steps from our apartment. I experienced different cultures, currency, and language. I understood early in my life that the world was so much larger than I had ever imagined.
My ability to reach out to people, and understand that we are not all the same, has taught me to converse with those I might not have been able to had I not experienced such a culture as a child. An avid reader from a very young age has been my Motion Picture, my daily television (as TV did not exist in the English language for military children living on the Navy base). I love to read books of every genre; I enjoy the smell, new set, type, and feel of the first touch a new book offers. Now with e-readers we do not get to feel such the luxury as much. I LOVE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE about the words I have read, with anyone that will listen. Inviting so many more to experience, a wonderful culture that is what I want for our magical InD’scribe Conference. Next is to take each person to the imagination, vision, dreams, and a completely new awakening to our true monthly LOVE.. InD’tale Magzine.
Reader Rave Luncheon Director
Alanna Lucas is a historical romance author, who loves writing historical romance just as much as she loves reading them. When not daydreaming of her next hero, Alanna can be found reading, spending time with family, or plotting her next travel destination.
In 2013 Alanna won Boroughs Publishing Group’s ‘What’s in a Name’ contest. The guideline was to take the title of a song that inspired you and adopt it as the title of your story. Face to Face by Siouxsie and the Banshees was the inspiration for the novella.
Alanna is a member of the Romance Writers of America, East Valley Authors, The Beau Monde, and Hearts Through History. She has served as a committee member and judge in numerous writing contests.
Alanna makes her home in Southern California with her family.
Linda Rae Sande
Oversees the overall program at InD’Scribe, coordinates the schedule and puts together the print version.
A self-described nerd and lover of science, Linda Rae spent many years as a published technical writer specializing in 3D graphics workstations, software and 3D animation (her movie credits include SHREK and SHREK 2). An interest in genealogy led to years of research on the Regency era and a desire to write fiction based in that time.
A fan of action-adventure movies, she can frequently be found at the local cinema. Although she no longer has any fish, she follows the San Jose Sharks. She makes her home in Cody, Wyoming.
